  • Vom Friseur bis zum Uhrmacher: Hundesalon, Werkstatt, Schneider, Skiservice, ein Tisch am Abend.
  • Sie nennen den Wunsch, wir führen den Schriftwechsel — die Bestätigung erscheint bei Ihnen, mit Datum, Ort und Ansprechpartner.
  • Auf Ihren Namen oder auf unseren: Sie entscheiden bei jeder Anfrage neu.

Bei Bank, Arzt und Notar ist Ihr Name gesetzlich nötig. Das sagen wir vorher — nicht hinterher.

  • Besorgungen nach Liste: geliefert ins Haus, der Kühlschrank gefüllt vor Ihrer Ankunft.
  • Abholungen: Apotheke, Reparatur, Paketstelle, Schneiderei.
  • Ein Ansprechpartner für alles: Handwerk und Haus über Chasa, Begleitung und Zeit über Vita.

Fremdrechnungen geben wir zum Originalbetrag weiter, ohne Aufschlag. Besorgungen und Lieferungen kommen dazu, sobald Postfach und Termine eingespielt sind.

Jedes Mandat enthält eine Verschwiegenheitserklärung zu Ihren Gunsten: Was wir über Sie, Ihre Post, Ihre Wege und Ihre Angelegenheiten erfahren, bleibt bei uns — auch über das Mandatsende hinaus. Keine Referenzen, keine Weitergabe.

Ihr Name verlässt das Haus nur, wenn Sie es wollen. Wo es rechtlich möglich ist, treten wir für Sie auf: Das Geschäft kennt dann uns, nicht Sie.

Ihre Daten bleiben in der Schweiz: Unterlagen, Scans und Zugänge liegen auf unserem eigenen Server in einem Schweizer Rechenzentrum — nicht bei einem Dienst im Ausland.

Auf Wunsch erreichen Sie uns über Threema — Schweizer Anbieter, Server in der Schweiz, Ende-zu-Ende verschlüsselt und ohne Preisgabe Ihrer Telefonnummer.

Diskretion ist bei uns keine Höflichkeit. Sie ist eine Vertragspflicht.

wherever you are

  • Opened, scanned, there the same working day: every item with sender, date and category in your overview.
  • View, download, forward: to yourself, to your trustee, to your insurer — encrypted.
  • The originals stay sorted at the house; forwarded, held or destroyed as you wish.
  • Urgent items are flagged: invoices and official letters do not sit around.

We open your post only with your written authority, revocable at any time — and we record every opening.

Appointments

We arrange it.
You simply turn up.

  • From the hairdresser to the watchmaker: dog groomer, garage, tailor, ski service, a table in the evening.
  • You name the wish, we handle the correspondence — the confirmation appears with you, with date, place and contact.
  • In your name or in ours: you decide anew with every request.

With banks, doctors and notaries your name is required by law. We say so beforehand — not afterwards.

Whatever must be brought,
collected and settled

  • Shopping to your list: delivered to the house, the fridge filled before you arrive.
  • Collections: pharmacy, repairs, parcel counter, tailor.
  • One point of contact for everything: trades and house through Chasa, company and time through Vita.

Third-party invoices are passed on at the original amount, without mark-up. Shopping and delivery follow once mailbox and appointments are running.

Confidentiality — in writing

Every mandate includes a confidentiality agreement in your favour: whatever we learn about you, your post, your errands and your affairs stays with us — beyond the end of the mandate. No references, no passing on.

Your name leaves the house only if you want it to. Where the law allows, we act on your behalf: the business then knows us, not you.

Your data stays in Switzerland: documents, scans and credentials are held on our own server in a Swiss data centre — not with a provider abroad.

On request you can reach us via Threema — Swiss provider, servers in Switzerland, end-to-end encrypted and without disclosing your telephone number.

With us, discretion is not a courtesy. It is a contractual duty.

Ogni mandato contiene una dichiarazione di riservatezza a vostro favore: quanto apprendiamo su di voi, sulla vostra posta, sui vostri percorsi e sulle vostre questioni resta con noi — anche oltre la fine del mandato. Nessuna referenza, nessuna divulgazione.

Il vostro nome esce di casa solo se lo volete. Dove la legge lo consente, agiamo per voi: l'esercizio conosce noi, non voi.

I vostri dati restano in Svizzera: documenti, scansioni e accessi si trovano sul nostro server in un centro dati svizzero — non presso un servizio all'estero.

Su richiesta potete raggiungerci via Threema — fornitore svizzero, server in Svizzera, cifratura end-to-end e senza rivelare il vostro numero di telefono.
